Are account verifications required to trade crypto on OKEx?
Account verification is not required to deposit or trade crypto on OKEx. However, if you purchase cryptocurrency via our fiat gateway partners, you may need to verify your account to proceed.
Identify verification is only required for withdrawals that are over a certain amount. There are three levels of verification users need to go through in order to unlock the highest daily withdrawal limits. Refer to our identity verification overview for details.
Can U.S. citizens use OKEx?
OKEx does not offer its services to citizens of the United States. The following countries/regions are currently on our restricted list: Hong Kong, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Sudan, Malaysia, Syria, United States of America, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Ecuador and Kyrgyzstan.
